QEEG FORENSIC COMPENDIUM

Being compiled by David S. Cantor, Ph.D.
cantord@msn.com

Please complete the following information for the purposes of developing a compendium of cases in which QEEG has been entered as evidence of brain dysfunction.  These cases should be recognized as cases that are public record and cases in which parties have agreed on the proceeding being “sealed” should not be entered, as they cannot be validated. It is important to document cases in which the QEEG was accepted in evidence as well as cases in which is was not in order to better understand the pitfalls in entering such evidence.
